2008-09 Midwest Juniors Tryouts Information

We want your tryout experience with Midwest Juniors to be an enjoyable one. To help you prepare for the process, anything and everything you need to know is listed below. Please take the time to follow the simple steps mapped out for you.

We will be offering three different opportunities for you to tryout with our club. Attend as many as you'd like... but please pre-register prior to any of them. The $35.00 tryout fee ($45.00 the day of) covers all three tryouts and one tryout shirt with number (must be worn to all Midwest Juniors tryouts). Paperwork only needs to be submitted once.

Each of us here at Midwest Juniors Volleyball Club is looking forward to providing another fun, competitive, challenging and memory-filled season of club volleyball for you and your friends!

Registration Reminders

  1. Prior to tryouts, all athletes must be registered on www.signuptoplay.com:
    1. Go to www.signuptoplay.com
    2. Click on Create An Account and select account type; Junior Member
    3. Follow prompts and log in
    4. Go to Tryouts, then Register For Tryouts
    5. Print out your Membership Registration Form
  2. Please note, to avoid lines, all participants are strongly encouraged to pre register:

    3. Completed Player Medical History and Release form (click here to download)
    4. $35.00 non-refundable tryout fee ($45.00 the day of) made payable to Midwest Juniors

    1. Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled tryout time
    2. If needed, registration paperwork will be available at tryouts as well
